The Pancake Corner was really good. I and like half the table ordered poffertjes, which are small puffy pancakes. And they only cost about five euros with ice cream.
The Van Gogh Museum was amazing. Lots of great work. It is mostly Van Gogh paintings, as to be expected, but there are some other artists who influenced Van Gogh or worked in a similar time/style. One tip about the museum, you are not supposed to take photos of the works. However, if you're sneaky enough, like I was, you just wait for the security guards to look away and then take your shot.
I am not really into beer, but the Heineken Experience was pretty cool. It's a self guided tour through the history of the company with some cool interactive exhibits along the way. By the end you will have three beers and an interesting experience, but go through it with other people - it's more fun that way.
