The Guide

As part of my study abroad program my college, HWS, has decided to give me $500 to enrich my cultural experience. The original plan was to "immerse myself in the football (aka soccer) culture of Europe." In reality though that was something I kind of just made up to get the money. Do not get me wrong, I love football and would have loved to do football related stuff in Europe, but it just didn't feel meaningful enough. But something happened to me while I was traveling in January. 

All the sights/museums seen and miscellaneous things done were amazing to me. I fell in love with experience all the art and culture. It is my hope that future study abroad students, in Europe or the Netherlands, and just random people would be able to take away from my experiences. Essentially, what I am getting at is that many of my future posts will be move toward making a student's guide to Europe/the Netherlands. On the list of places to go are Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht, and Antwerp.

I am excited about this new project! Let us hope it turns out well.
