"This film is based on a true story. In 1986 a football team that lived on a small island in the south of Thailand, “Koh Panyee”, wanted the opportunity to play football yet had no soil as they lived on a floating village. Not letting anything stop them they began to practice on the only thing they could and the community began to rally around them."
